Sorry to hear about your loss!
Thanks for all your work and dedication! But with Windows 8 and new and other Android possibilies, it’s just easier to use a tablet than the very heavy 1825. Mine is now collecting dust…
Keep having fun in Malaysia and safe travels back!

If you are looking for a simple how to build how-to, you will find all that information on the official Android-x86 homepage. Or are you looking for something more special?
Sad to hear these news !
Thanks a lot for bringing this project as far as you did, it’s really come along and is very usable.
I hope your work lives on in some way, extending android to that great versatile laptop that was ahead of its time.
Still rocking my 1825ptz after giving it a SSD and McGyvering a broken hinge back to working state, and with Windows 8 and Android 4 on it I certainly don’t feel left behind !
I wish you the best on all current and future projects.
4. No he probado el bluetooth..
i know it was quite a while ago for you but i know how much it sux to lose a possesion you spent so much time on and with. its not even the money its the investment of yourself.
i dont know if you have your port still hanging around on you hard drive but if you have the development files you had been working with id like to continue your work. i know the a-x86 work has moved on to a new version but i had a more stable system with your tweaks. id like to incorporate your work into a new version of computers like the one you had. thanks much for your hard work and diligence.
Hi,
I still have my sources and would be able to provide them. Just the vendor folder is no problem at all, I will try to put this on GitHub soon. But I also changed several things here and there in the Android sources. But extracting the right patches and so on would take hours. Uploading everything would require a lot of space, which I do not have. Are you ok with the vendor folder from my last version?
Regards
Chris
